All transactions are processed in AUD.

Goods and Services Tax

All of our products attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.

Customer Service Policy

Box of Treats is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered peoduct is not available we will substitute the item with a equal product.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as Box of Treats cannot accept order cancellations due to our fast order processing turn around. Most orders are packed within an hour of receiving the order. If your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately and we will organise a replacement product. Notification of any product issues must be communicated within 7 days of receipt. Where a product is out of stock or we are unable to deliver your order you have the choice of a full refund or exchange.

Box of Treats is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on or sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience, that’s all. Box of Treats uses cookies to allow you to log in to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Box of Treats only last while you are browsing our website. We do not store persisted cookies on your computer.

Delivery Information

Box of Treats delivers Australia wide.

Delivery is available Monday to Friday between standard business hours. Unfortunately deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays however next business day dispatch is available. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Customers must place their orders before 3pm in order to ensure next day dispatch. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time on the nominated delivery day.
We cannot accept responsibility if the provided delivery address is either incorrect or incomplete, if the intended recipient isn’t at the address or our courier cannot gain access to the address provided. In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us immediately.

Box of Treats recommends leaving additional delivery instructions where the recipient may not be available to receive the delivery.

All of our delivery costs are calculated based on post code according to Australia Post classifications.
