How is a Box of Treats packaged?

All of our Boxes of Treats are delivered in a vibrant orange box with a personalised message. All boxes are shrink wrapped to ensure maximum freshness and security.  

Can I buy one Box of Treats?

Box of Treats offers 2pk Treat Boxes, 4pk Treat Boxes, 6pk Treat Boxes and 12pk Treat Boxes as they come in vibrant orange outer cartons for fun presentation and to protect the products.

What’s a Mega Box?

A Mega Box is contains up to 1kg of your favourite product to 60 fun size chocolate bars.

Does Box of Treats provide bulk discounts?

Yes we do, please contact us for a quote.

What size are the inner boxes contained in a Box of Treats?

The inner boxes are 90mm x 90mm x 90mm.

Can I pick my own box colours?

Yes! Box of Treats can create an order with the inner box colours you require. All outside boxes are orange. Simple request the box colours you would like in the special instructions in your order.  

Can I get box colours that you currently do not have?

Generally Box of Teats only offers 6 primary colours. However should we receive multiple requests for certain colours or should you have a large order we will endeavour to make these available. Please contact us with your request.

Can I make a customised order?

If you have a party, wedding or corporate order that requires customisation please contact Box of Treats as we always endeavour to meet our customer's needs.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard and Visa Card.

Does Box of Treats deliver anywhere in Australia?

Yes! Box of Treats delivers Australia wide.

Does Box of Treats have next day delivery?

Next day delivery is available for Sydney metro areas.

Does Box of Treats deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Delivery is available Monday to Friday between standard business hours. Unfortunately deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays however next business day dispatch is available. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

What are the delivery charges and expected arrival times?

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

If an incorrect delivery address is provided there may be an additional redelivery charge when you provide us with the correct address.

Can I change my mind after placing an order?

Please choose carefully as Box of Treats cannot accept order cancellations due to our fast order processing turn around. Most orders are packed within an hour of receiving the order.

What is the deadline for placing an order?

Orders need to be placed before 3pm for next working day dispatch. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and dispatched the same day.
